I have worked at Inspiral since 2003, and as Contracts Director, I am responsible for the smooth running of all our contracts of business support.

I design the way the contracts work, for both our customers (the people who give us money) and for our clients (the people we spend the money on).  It is equally important to me that both have the best possible service.  Day to day you will find me interviewing clients and doing action plans, liaising with our consultants making sure the work they’re doing is top class, managing budgets and making sure our contractual targets are met.

I work directly with new businesses, from freelancers to established professionals, intermediate to high growth companies. It’s great knowing that at the end of the day you’ve made a difference to someone, from giving someone a few words of encouragement, to challenging them to aim higher, and pointing them in the all important right direction.
